Welcome to Anonas Bistro

Chef Severino Palunday joined up with Anonas Bistro to open one of the most exciting restaurants in Quezon City. Chef Severino Palunday hails from Northern Luzon. Chef Sev, as he is fondly called, is a Sous Chef at a reputable European Cruise Ship for 28 years.

Our speciality is delicious cuisine created with the ingenuity and passion inspired by Traditional Filipino Home-style cooked dishes. We take great pride in improving upon your favourite Filipino dishes in new and creative ways.
